Scope
This policy applies to savemyaichat.org, its account and billing services, support interactions, and the SaveMyAIChat browser extension. It does not govern ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Chrome, payment providers, or other third-party services, which operate under their own policies. The support contact for this service is support@savemyaichat.org.
AI chat content and local processing
The extension reads the currently loaded conversation only when you request a context refresh or export. Message text and a temporary sanitized copy of rendered message content may be held in browser memory while a file is generated. PDF, DOCX, Markdown, JSON, SVG, and Notion-ready Markdown generation takes place in the browser. Chat content and generated files are not sent to our backend for document conversion.
Guest use and Google sign-in
Visitors can complete up to 10 successful exports without signing in; the guest count is stored locally in Chrome storage. After the allowance is used, Google sign-in may connect account and paid-plan features. The extension requests only openid, email, and profile identity scopes and does not request Gmail, Drive, Docs, or Notion OAuth scopes.
Account, usage, and payment information
When you sign in or purchase a plan, we may process account ID, name, email, profile image, session information, plan and subscription status, successful export totals, transaction references, renewal dates, and security or reliability records. Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by SaveMyAIChat.
Support communications
If you contact support at support@savemyaichat.org or through the Contact page, we process the contact details, message, and optional attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or sensitive chat content. If reviewing specific content is genuinely necessary, we will ask you to decide what limited material to provide.
Sharing, retention, and security
We may share the minimum information needed with hosting, authentication, payment, email, support, logging, and security providers. Account, transaction, usage, support, and security records are retained only as reasonably needed for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. No system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can change settings, clear extension storage, uninstall the extension, cancel future subscription renewals, or stop using the service. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by emailing support@savemyaichat.org or using the Contact page.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. SaveMyAIChat does not sell chat content or Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
